Quality care is our model
We work with your insurance company to provide you with excellent care. Our doctors, nurses and team of health care providers are all guided by one simple philosophy: do what’s best for you. Our health care team brings together leading, independent doctors who strive to provide the best care to meet your health care needs.
You have access to a number of important programs that complement the care you receive at your doctor’s office. Learn more about our programs and resources available to you.
Optum Care Network access
You’ll find that getting the care you need and staying healthy is easy. Your Optum Care Network primary care physician (PCP) will coordinate your health care and make sure you receive the care you need. Your PCP is “your family doctor” and your first contact if you need medical attention in a non-urgent situation. If you need to see a specialist, your PCP can help refer you to a great doctor in your area.
Make the most of your doctor visit by:
- Bringing all your medicine bottles
- Alerting your doctor about any allergies or side effects you have experienced, especially from any medicine.
- Writing down all your questions, concerns and previous illnesses and surgeries, including dates
- Updating your doctor about any specialist you are visiting
