In this uncertain time, we want you to know that you are not alone. Our doors remain open to our members and we will continue to help you through this in any way we can.

Routine Care

Learn how we can help


AppleCare members can access routine health care services virtually through Healow.

To register for a virtual appointment with your provider, start by giving us a call at (562) 869-4497, TTY 711, to get your own unique username and password. You can then either:

Prescriptions and Refills

Contact your doctor’s office or pharmacy for help with prescriptions. If you are still experiencing difficulties, call us at (714) 443-4442, TTY 711 , M-F 8am-5pm.

How to protect yourself and others

As there is still much to learn about COVID-19, our medical staff and healthcare providers are committed to taking the proper precautions to prevent transmission of the infection.

Testing for COVID-19

Not everyone needs testing. Most people experience mild illness and can recover at home. Although, if you are someone who is showing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 and you feel you need testing, contact your healthcare provider for further recommendations and next steps.
