Answer: It is very likely you do not have the appropriate program installed on your computer. Most popular image files TIF, JPG and GIF can be opened up with Microsoft Internet Explorer (embedded with Windows) or Microsoft Office Document Imaging. Question: When I click on the image file, it asks me what program I want to open it with.
