Question: I am having difficulty viewing a image file?
Answer: It is very likely you do not have the appropriate program installed on your computer. Most popular image files TIF, JPG and GIF can be opened up with Microsoft Internet Explorer (embedded with Windows) or Microsoft Office Document Imaging. PDF (Adobe Portable Document File) files are opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have the programs described above, select the link below to download the appropriate program.

Question: When I click on the image file, it asks me what program I want to open it with.
Answer: You are selecting a file which does not have the appropriate program associate with it. Select the below link which applies to your specific operating system.
